Point 7 Engineering is led by Sam Wilkes, P.E., a licensed structural engineer with experience across a wide range of residential and wood-framed building types. Sam brings a hands-on, practical mindset to each project, combining technical rigor with real-world construction awareness.
As a founder-led practice, clients work directly with the engineer responsible for the design—ensuring clear communication, responsive decision-making, and consistent technical oversight from concept through construction.
